We Close Now is a real-estate investment company and not a licensed real-estate brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in brokerage transactions, do not list properties on the MLS on your behalf, and do not provide real-estate brokerage, legal, tax, or financial advice. Homeowners are encouraged to consult their own legal and financial advisors.

Offers are non-binding

Any offer we present is non-binding until a mutually executed purchase agreement is signed by both parties.
